In plain language: what we take, why, and how to have it removed.

This site belongs to Türkiye Apply — an education consultancy and official representative of universities in Türkiye and North Cyprus, based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
What we collect
- What you type in our forms: your name, WhatsApp or Telegram number, and — if you provide them — your email, degree level, field of interest and message.
- The programs you add to your shortlist (stored in your own browser and sent with the form).
- Technical visit data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and which ad or link brought you here.
Why and how we use it
- So an advisor can reply on WhatsApp or Telegram and guide you through admission.
- To submit your application to a university, if you ask us to — we then share the required documents with that university.
- To understand which ads and pages are useful (analytics).
- We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- The university or universities you choose to apply to.
- The services the site runs on: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Google Analytics (statistics), and Telegram/WhatsApp for messaging.
- Nobody else.
How long we keep it
- Your contact and application details stay while your case is active and for up to three years afterwards — many students come back a year or two later.
- Advertising data such as click identifiers stays about 90 days, in your own browser.
Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or fully delete your data at any time. Message us from the same number or email; we act within 30 days.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you.
Cookies and analytics
- We use Google Analytics for visit statistics. If you prefer not to be measured, restrict cookies in your browser or install Google’s opt-out add-on.
- We use browser storage for the site itself (your language choice and shortlist). That stays on your device.
