🇹🇷Why study in Türkiye
Türkiye has become one of the world’s fastest-growing study destinations, a bridge between Europe and Asia with modern, internationally accredited universities and far more affordable tuition and living costs than Western Europe or North America.
You get globally recognized degrees, hundreds of English-taught programs, a warm climate and rich culture, and a large, welcoming international student community.
🎓Degree levels & language
Universities offer the full range of degrees, and most private universities teach many programs fully in English.
- Hundreds of English-taught programs; a one-year English (or Turkish) preparatory school is available if you need it.
- Fields from Engineering, Medicine and Business to Architecture, Law, Arts and Aviation.
💰Tuition & living costs
Costs are modest by international standards, and scholarships bring them down further.
- Tuition: English-taught bachelor’s commonly $3,000-8,000/year; Medicine & Dentistry are higher. Exact fees are on our programs page.
- Living: roughly $400-700/month depending on the city (Istanbul higher; Anatolian & Cyprus cities lower).
- Scholarships & discounts: merit awards (25-100%), sibling and cash/early-payment discounts, plus government Türkiye Scholarships.
Estimates based on the cheapest program in our catalog; exact per-program tuition is on the programs page.
