One of the biggest reasons students choose Türkiye and Northern Cyprus is cost. Quality degrees here can start from just $825 a year, a fraction of what you would pay in Western Europe or North America. This guide ranks the most affordable universities we list, so you can see exactly where the lowest fees are.

Cheap tuition is only half the story
The sticker fee is not your total cost, so look at the whole picture:
- Living costs vary by city: roughly $400 to $600 a month in Anatolian cities and Northern Cyprus, and $500 to $800 in Istanbul.
- Scholarships of 25 to 100 percent are common at private universities and can cut tuition dramatically.
- Sibling and cash-payment discounts lower the price further; you can see them live in our programs explorer.
