A closer look at the cheapest

• Kapadokya Universitesi is the most affordable on our entire list, from about $825 a year, set in the spectacular Cappadocia region.
• Kocaeli University of Health and Technology offers health and technology programs from about $1,000 a year, within easy reach of Istanbul.
• Cyprus International University, Near East University and University of Kyrenia deliver English-medium degrees on the Mediterranean island from about €1,250 a year.
• Istanbul Kent University is the cheapest way into Istanbul itself, from about $1,300 a year.

Cheap tuition is only half the story
